INGREDIENTS:
1,5 cups gluten-free rolled oats
2 small bananas
1/4 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk
3 large eggs
1-2 cups baby spinach
pinch of salt and cinnamon to taste
1 tsp baking powder
*you can add 1 scoop protein vanilla flavour for extra protein!

Instructions:
- Add the milk and eggs to the blender first and then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until puree thick texture.
- Spray pan with cook & spray and add the mixture with a tablespoon to the pan.
- Cook until golden brown and ENJOY the GREEN GOODNESS!
- You can top them off with some greek yogurt or berries etc. Get making!
